Stonehill Suites - Bacolod

Big shoutout to the staff who were super chill and helpful. Loved the comfy bed in our room, seemed like sleeping on a cloud. Just wish they had more breakfast options-had to settle for some cold stuff, y'know? That could definitely use an upgrade.

Appreciated our 1 night here. It was tastefully decorated, huge and with 2 beds.

The hotel of choice in Bacolod. Well-kept and wonderful venue with a top-notch restaurant in Bacolod. Marvellous location, 15 minutes' walk to a negrense cultural museum. Well decorated room, comfy with king or queen bed. Climate control, an individual safe and multi-channel television in the bedroom.

The room I stayed in was a spacious Beautiful Suite with a lovely balcony, offering a relaxing space to enjoy the fresh air. The ambiance throughout the hotel felt cute, with beautiful decorations in common areas. Staff members showed eagerness to help. I appreciated the room's comfortable beds, made for a good night's sleep. There were some notable issues. I encountered cockroaches a few times, quite disturbing. The breakfast selection lacked variety and flavor, leaving something to be desired. Housekeeping barged in without knocking, violating my privacy, and the presence of moldy odors coming from the air conditioning made me uneasy. These factors detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

I had a nice size, huge rooms with a seating area, a writing desk, iron and ironing board.

A cozy getaway next to fun

The location near Yoyo Land. The staff was always cheerful and accommodating.

Unfortunately, the noise levels from nearby events disrupted our peace. Sound insulation is lacking, difficult to relax during the night.

Management needs to up their game. The one key card policy for two guests is a hassle. Clogged showerheads, low water pressure, and burnt-out bulbs show a lack of attention to maintenance. I found dead cockroaches on the floor, and the daily housekeeping didn't respect privacy, barging in without knocking. The breakfast buffet always ran low on food options, requiring constant asks for refills, and even utensils were hard to find in a dirty state. Dust and mold in the room gave it an unpleasant vibe, leading to an overall feeling of neglect.

The cozy Junior Suite was nice, but we dealt with cockroaches in the room.

Had a blast with friends! We loved the new, clean rooms and the friendly staff. The bar and restaurant were great hangout spots. We visited local attractions and soaked in some beautiful views. Make sure to check out the breakfast offerings, but arrive early to enjoy hot food! It was worth it!

We had such a wonderful time during our 19-night stay! The gym was fantastic, and the sky deck views were amazing. Just wish the Wi-Fi was faster though!

The room was beautifully decorated and featured a spectacularly comfortable bed. The staff were accommodating, helping with a photo shoot by providing spaces to use. Parking was also smooth and easy.

The breakfast options were disappointing, with little variety and cold food available on one occasion.
